Our monthly family home evening with all of my family was our traditional gift exchange. Everyone family had a story or game or skit to share for entertainment. I will have to give my favorite vote to Shane's family. They lipsynced and danced to several songs put together. It was adorable to watch Mitchelldance all the moves and Megan kept right up with them as well. I would post the video but it was a little long and it would take my computer forever to upload it.
We spent Christmas Eve at Stewart & Kendra's with Kendra's family. Good food and good company. Thanks for letting us share your tradition instead of us sitting at home watching a movie like every other night!
My mom spent the night so she could spend Christmas morning with us. It is so nice to have her here to share all the holidays with us. The girls big gift was their new bedroom. They new we had painted it because they helped. But for the rest of the month we locked the doors so they couldn't get in. After Ashley saw the room she kept telling me how much she loved her new surprise room and that it was adorable. That made all the work worth it!!
Grandma Evans also passed down a bunch of doll furniture and a tea set. Brooke loved the tea set and Ashley loved looking at herself in the vanity.
That night we went to Shane and Marlo's for more good food and games. I love the holidays and all the fun spending time with friends and family. Thanks for sharing some of your Christmas with us as well.
