We went with three other families (Anthony & Shirae Telford, Jayme & Jennifer Pechan, and Stewart & Kendra Carter) camping to Bass Lake the last weekend of May. Thank you Anthony & Shirae for putting it all together! We had a great time!! Of the four families three of us had infants. Carter was the oldest at 5 1/2 months and Shirae is pregnant. Are we brave or stupid? It actually was great. All the babies were fabulous! I of course hardly took any pictures. I need to get some from Jennifer who is the photographer and probably has 100 pictures, literally! I didn't get any of the actual camping activities or our old camper that the kids love. But here are a few that I did take. We got there Thursday afternoon and just set up camp and played in the dirt. Friday we drove to Yosemite and spent a few hours checking out sites. It was beautiful as Yosemite always is but it was a bit rainy but nothing that really got is wet. Here is our little family at Bridal Falls look out.

When we got back from Yosemite the kids desperatley wanted to go swimming. We had made them wait long enough and crossed the street from our campsite to swim. Saturday after we had packed up we went back down to the water and let the kids play before we got in the car for the 3 hour drive home. It was a great weekend. The kids loved it. Ashley was extremely unhappy that we were leaving. Can't wait to go camping again!
